When a couple tells you that their first date was at a haunted house you know they are going to be fun to work with and Jason and Tabatha were just that! We decided to do their engagement session at Joyner Park in Wake Forest, NC because of it's gorgeous scenery and the variety of places to shoot.
Jason proposed to Tabatha on a trip they took to the mountains for Christmas of 2014. Once the kids had gone to bed they decided to have some adult time and get into the hot tub. Right before they got in Jason gave Tabatha some glasses and a bottle of wine. When she turned back around he was on one knee. How sweet is that? So as you can imagine when I asked what their favorite memory was together it was that very trip to the mountains; not only because of Jason's sweet proposal but Tabatha hadn't realized that they had rented the cabin at the very top of the mountain. The drive up was interesting to say the least, but once they got to the cabin their family had the best time together making memories to last a life time.
What’s something annoying but cute that each of you do? He flicks his ears like a puppy when he gets out of a shower to get the water off. The groom said everything I do is cute :)
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to in your life-after-marriage together? Adding to our family and continuing to grow closer spiritually
What do you both enjoy doing together with your free time? We absolutely love comedy clubs and we also enjoy four wheeling
If you could both relocate anywhere in the world – where would it be? most definitely the mountains (wouldn't you after hearing about that amazing trip)
