It was another cold morning here in NC, but Kenia and Lulu did their best to make this a steamy engagement session. Hopefully their wedding in July at the Preston Woodall House will be a little warmer! We started off their engagement session at E. Carroll Joyner Park in Wake Forest, NC. We could have spent all day here with Kenia and Lulu there is a multitude of beautiful spots to capture this sweet sweet couple.
For most couples the engagement session is the first time that the have ever had professional photos done and the first time they have had them done together. This is a time where we not only take some time to get to know each the couple but also they can get to know us and how we work. Kenia and Lulu didn't take long to get comfortable in front of the camera, forget that we were even their and just enjoy each others company on this beautiful morning.
After the park we headed to downtown Raleigh for a more urban feel for the second hour of their shoot. I swear. Every time we go downtown we find new spots to shoot. Downtown Raleigh is just full of hidden gems. It seems like every where you turn there is another unique spot or charming little nook.
