October in North Carolina is the perfect time of year to update your family photos. The foliage at William B. Umstead State Park in Raleigh is absolutely gorgeous this time of year and being that we live in North Carolina and not Connecticut it is still relatively warm outside. We had such a great time with DeVaris, Sherieka and their three adorable children. By the end of the shoot I am pretty sure little Skylar would have gone home with me and I would have LOVED it.
