OMG I LOVE this film! We are thrilled to be able to share this fun-filled wedding day featuring Wake Chapel Church in Raleigh, NC! With Willetta's father and namesake Willie holding a prominent position in the church, Wake Chapel of course held a special place in Willetta's heart so it was the perfect location for Willetta & Drew's Mardis Gras inspired wedding day. Though it was a rainy, dreary day they did not let that stop their fun. Their ceremony was full of love and their reception was full of laughter and joy! The dancing just never seemed to end; Willetta and her father did a fun choreographed dance that included sunglasses and an electric guitar; Willetta and her bridesmaids surprised Drew with an enticing dance from his new bride and of course Drew and his Q-dawg brothers serenaded his new bride and then took the floor with some high energy stepping right in Q-dawg fashion! The DJ really kept the party rolling, but of course the night had to come to an end at some point. With Drew being a firefighter in Charlotte, the Raleigh fire department came by to give the new couple a proper send of with all the bells and whistles.

What was most important to you when planning your wedding?
That everyone experienced the same fun and felt equally important
What was the inspiration behind your wedding theme/style?
We want it lively and being that My (Willetta) roots are New Orleans Mardi Gras was the perfect and only option. I knew that when the music came on it would drive people out there seats and on the dance floor. I wanted it to feel like it felt with my family in New Orleans bourbon street live on a Saturday night!!
What is your favorite memory from your wedding?
Drew singing to me getting my garter and father daughter dance.
