With all the crazy weather we had to reschedule Chandra & LeighAnna’s engagement session twice, but as you can see it was definitely worth the wait. We met in downtown Raleigh before the sun came up hoping to catch the sunrise behind all buildings on Fayetteville St., but unfortunately the clouds wouldn’t open up for us to see it. No worries though. Even without the sun, Chandra & LeighAnna got some amazing images.
Downtown Raleigh is one of our favorite places to shoot not only because we are from Raleigh and LOVE it, but because of all of the hidden beauty you see everywhere you turn. Chandra & LeighAnna love Raleigh just as much as we do and that's why they wanted to do their engagement shoot here.
For the second half of their shoot we headed over to JC Raulston Arboretum on NC State’s Campus. This is hands down one of my favorite places to shoot. Literally every time I set foot in this location I find another area that I had not seen before.
